Energy strategy and China-Russia energy cooperation are based on the estimation of China’s energy supply and demand.Therefore,before we get to the main point,we need to analyze the development of energy in China first,and then discuss the issue of China’s energy strategy and China-Russia energy cooperation.Basic situation of China’s energy supply and demand China is now the world’s major producer and consumer of energy.China ranks the second in the world in terms of both the output and consumption of energy.
