摘要：
企业战略变革已经发展成为一个比较成熟的学术研究领域。本文分析了企业战略变革的涵义、研究视角、影响因素、效果以及障碍,探讨了目前在战略变革研究理论与研究方法上的不足与进一步发展的方向。
