摘要
This paper introduces the theory of system engineering on materiel into themanagement and monitoring of reliability,maintainability and supportability (RMS) activiries inthe aeronauric equipment’s life cycle. In order to assure the science of RMS management, itanalyzes the contents of RMS activistes in a life cycle, provides the model of management andmonitoring, and discusses the software realization of the management and monitoring system.
