摘要
Nowadays,simultaneous interpreting(SI) plays a prominent role in global communications,especially for important international affairs.This kind of interpretation delivers information in an instantaneous way without wasting extra time for language processing.Performing well in SI requires long-time training and abundant experience.Making a comprehensive categorization and analysis on the difficulties in SI on the basis of psycho-linguistic theories are the key points.Due to the distinctive features of these difficulties,corresponding suggestions will be offered to improve the efficiency in SI training and to level up the performance of SI interpreters.
