特朗普上台后美国贸易及相关政策的变化和影响

摘要：
本文从特朗普执政理念出发,分析了其贸易及相关政策取向、实现的可能性及影响,得出的基本结论是:特朗普上台以后,美国贸易政策将会从长期坚持的以规则为基础的多边主义向以实力为基础的双边主义转变;中美之间,贸易摩擦将会增加,但也存在深化合作的可能性。美国贸易政策的这种变化是一个转折点还是昙花一现,值得观察。
