顾客感知价值、顾客满意和行为倾向的关系研究述评

摘要
本文介绍了顾客感知价值、顾客满意和行为倾向的概念内涵和三者关系研究的4种模型,并针对这4种模型介绍了国外相应的实证研究成果,最后指出了当前研究的不足和造成差异性结论的原因。
