摘要：

There are some certain factors affecting L2(English)vocabulary acquisition such as L2(English)proficiency,readers’purpose and the habit of reading,and the difficulty of target words and context,among which the first plays a key role.The paper,through a review of the relevant experimental researches,reaches a conclusion that L2(English)proficiency does influence much upon L2vocabulary acquisition.
