摘要：
As the world’s leading forum for international economic cooperation, the agenda of the G20 summit reflects the development trend of global economic governance and the agenda preferences of major powers. Infrastructure as a topic preferred by India, China and other emerging economies, has finally entered the agenda of the G20 summit after a period of gaming. However, the stability of infrastructure in the G20 development agenda is not high.
