摘要：

PTEN/MMAC1/TEP1基因是Steck等 3个研究小组在 1997年克隆到的一个新基因 ,具有酪氨酸磷酸酶的核心基序 ,并与张力蛋白、辅助蛋白高度同源 ,是目前发现的第一个具有磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因。本文介绍了其抑癌作用的几条不同途径及在人体多种肿瘤组织中的突变和丢失情况。
