摘要
To the editor:Condylomata acuminata(CA)caused by human papillomavirus(HPV),typically types 6 and 11,is a common sexually transmitted disease.Multiple physical treatments applied against CA are all invasive therapies and associated with high recurrence rates.Alternatively,immune-based therapy is considered as a new direction against CA.Nevertheless, the ideal immune-based therapy still remains undetermined.Cyclophosphamide(CY)is an alkylating agent widely used in the treatment of malignancies as well as autoimmune disorders. It now becomes clear that low-dose CY selectively reduces CD4;FoxP3;regulatory T(Treg)cells and restores the efficiency of immune responses.;We previously demonstrated the clinical efficacy of low-
