Shanghai Chlor-alkali Chemical Co., Ltd. (SH:600618) decides to sell its 15.53% holding inNingxia West PVC Company for RMB98million, according to a notice from the ShanghaiUnited Assets and Equity Exchange on April28th. The price was 10% lower than the listingprice in mid-March. Shanghai Chlor-alkali firstput the stake on sale in early February.With a registered capital of RMB539million, and founded in May 2003, NingxiaWest PVC was jointly funded by NingxiaYinglite Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Yinglite), with a43.71% stake, the Yinglite Group (now theGuodian Yinglite Energy Chemical GroupCo., Ltd.), of 40.76%, and Shanghai Chlor-
