摘要：

This paper is writing about the influences of western hotel management on Chinese hotel,for many years,hotel management becomes a "hot dog" for modern management organization,and how to introduce good and suitable management skills is a tough task. The first part is introduction,second is invite God form west,and the third,forth and fifth part comes to be in line with God,experience and results and the great achievements of introducing and absorbing.
