摘要：

Although the advent time of internet in China is not long enough,the popularizing rate of Chinese internet has exceeded the average ratio level in the world.Now,the price of broadband lowers gradually,so it is accepted by general people increasingly and regulatory environment of government has also changed.Coupled with reduction in the cost of mobile hardware,the amount of mobile phone users has a high degree of increase.Due to above mentioned factors,social media occurs.
