Objective;To investigate changes in corneal transparency after small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE).Methods:One eye was randomly selected from each of the21 patients who underwent SMILE procedures.Corneal backscatter and corneal aberrations were examined using the Pentacam before surgery and at 1 day,1 week,1,3,6,12 months and 2 years after surgery.Corneal backscatter was analyzed at
