摘要：
Russia’s Far East has vast territory, but its economic development is lagging behind other regions of the Russian Federation. In order to change the recent situation of the Far East and make this region a locomotive for economic development in Russia, the government has implemented a series of policies to invest in the region in hope of attracting foreign investment in forthcoming years.
