摘要：

Anti-ulcer effect of Danshen (DS) on experimental gastriculcer in rats was studied. DS (lg/ml/100g b.w. ) resultedin 63% (p<0. 05) inhibition on ulcer index of reserpin-inducedgastriculcer. However, the drug showed no significant inhibitionof stress-restraint ulcer. Daily administration of DS (1g/1ml/100g b. w. ) reduced the ulcer index of acetic acid-induced gastriculcer for 42, 52 and 60% on 4th, 7th and 10th days, respectively.
