Objective: To detect the fluctuation of the levels of the vascular endothelial growth factor in ocular fluid of patients with neovas-cular glaucoma after and before dilution in the surgery and investigate the effect of the fluctuation of the vascular endothelial growth factor on the neovascularization of iris.
