RCEP serves the interests of all members and fosters regional prosperity On November 2, the ASEAN Secretariat announced that six ASEAN members(Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore,Thailand, and Vietnam) and four non-ASEAN members(China, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia) had submitted Instruments of Ratification/Acceptance(IOR/A) of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) agreement, thus reaching the minimum number of IOR/A for the entry into force of the free trade agreement(FTA).
