Deeply influenced by traditional teaching and learning mode, we still use inefficient ways to teach and learn. Teachers are still the domain, students are the sub domain. However, with the rapid development of society and the change of people’ s ideology, language teachers and learner got easier to find that they can not teach and learn in harmony, and many unexpected problems arose, which make them bewildered, so the following questions are often asked:how to teach and how to learn.
