Under the new normal economy of China,"the Belt and Road "brings challenges as well as opportunities.It also bringschallenges for college English teaching. We should analyze the problems of college English teaching under"the Belt and Road"todeepen the reform of the college English teaching and cultivate more high-quality talents.
