摘要：

"Deeply carry out legal publicity and education, and incorporate legal education into the national education system", as put forward in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Party. Colleges and universities are the place to cultivate talents and are the last stop of college students before getting into society. It is conducive to the implementation of the Rule of Law Strategy to strengthen legal education in colleges and universities.
