Keats’Ode to a Nightingale ranks as a poetic masterpiece through ages.This paper analyzes the conflicting feelings in the poem and explores the beauty in the harmony of these conflicts:the imaginative world and the real world,the desire to fly away with the nightingale and the unwillingness to desert the human world,immortality of art and transience of human life.
