摘要：

Relevance theory provides a standard convincing pragmatic scope for human’s cognitive nature,it can well interpret the way we acquire knowledge of the familiar/unfamiliar world.This paper aims to extend the application of the relevance theory and conceptual metaphor theory to phraseological units processing by adult users in their native language.
