Nerve block plus manual management in the treatment of occipital neuralgia

摘要：

Objective To investigate management approach es and therapeutic ef fect of occipit al neuralgia.Method112patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,study group and control group,each havin g 10patients.Study group re ceived n erve block plus manual man-agement.Control group received manual mana gement alone.Result3～6months follow up was performed.R esults showed cure r ate of study group was higher compared with contr ol group(P <0.05).Numb ers of nerve block in study grou p was less than control group(P <0.01). Conclusion Nerve block plus manual management i s effective in treating occipita l neuralgia.
