摘要：

目的:了解钩体病人病程不同时期血清中IFN-γ、IL-10、TNF-α动态变化特征。方法:通过MAT、钩体分离培养、PCR检查确定实验室诊断病例,再通过酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测血清IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10的水平。结果:实验室确诊病例24例。早、中、晚期IFN-γ水平均较正常人高(P<0.05),早、中、晚期IFN-γ水平无差别;早、中期TNF-α水平较正常人高(P<0.05),晚期TNF-α水平与正常人无差别(P>0.05),中期较早、晚期高(P<0.05),早期与晚期无差别(P>0.05);早、中、晚期IL-10水平均较正常人高(P<0.05),早期较中期高,中期较晚期高(P<0.05)。结论:三种细胞因子IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10水平在钩体病的病程中呈现出各自的变化规律,提示IFN-γ、IL-10和TNF-α可能在机体清除钩体及疾病的发展过程中均起着重要的作用。
