摘要：
In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the mine floor flood and the consultation system study, the overall design and structure, specially, the mechanism of many kinds of method for making a strategic decision and reasoning of the system of prevention and control of mine floor flood are introduced. The applied examples are given at last.
