Sera of 52 cases of schistosomiasis japonica having positive stool examination and 20 healthyindividuals were tested by immunoblot using diagnostic 31/32 KD proteins of S.japonicum.The posit-ve and false positive rates of immunoblot were 100％ and 0％ respectively.Sera from 36 cases ofparagonimiasis,50 cases of tricninelliasis and 26 cases of cysticercosls were also tested and showed nt
