<正>Uveitis,common cause of human visual disability and blindness,is an inflammatory eye disease of unknown etiology.Human autoimmune uveiti,which characterizes inflammation of different tissues of the eyes,is diverse and complex.Approximately 50% of patients with uveitis were found to occur in families in which clustering of other underlying systemic autoimmune diseases has been observed(multiplex families) such as diabetes,sarcoidosis,rheumatoid arthritis(RA),
