摘要：

创业决策是农民创建企业活动中一个重要阶段,但已有研究还没有对"在什么情况下发现创业机会的农民会更有可能作出创业的决策"给予合理解释。本文考察社会网络、先前经验与农民创业决策之间的逻辑联系。研究结果表明,农村地区广泛存在的创业榜样影响农民的创业决策,社会网络支持有助于提高其实施创业活动的可能性,有管理工作经历和行业工作经历的农民更有可能开发创业机会。
