To the editor:Little is known about the management of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in patient with polycythemia vera(PV),especially in those with primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).A 77-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with 3-hour severe chest pain at rest,with sweating and weakness.There was no history of hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,cigarette smoking.The patient suffered from cerebral infarction because of
