摘要：
Dear Sir, I am Dr. Jing Li, from the Department of Ophthalmology, Beijing Tongren Hospital, Beijing, China. I want to present a rare case of orbital Rosai-Dorfman disease presenting as unilateral lacrimal gland enlargement without lymphadenopathy involvement. Rosai-Dorfman disease is also called sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy (SHML), which was first described by Rosai and Dorfman in 1969[1]. This is a rare, benign, idiopathic histiocytic proliferative disorder that occurs predominantly in children
