基于HL7 CDA的移动电子病历设计与实现

摘要：
为使医院信息系统更好地服务于病患者,基于HL7CDA设计了移动电子病历。遵循HL7CDA国际标准对移动电子病历信息的结构与语义进行定义,根据HL7中国委员会发布的5个CDA规范,在内容上对移动电子病历进行规范;在信息编码方面使用国际通用或已发布的标准或编码系统,使用XSL技术对CDA文档样式进行定义,完成移动电子病历可视化。以智能手机作为移动病历可视化和管理的载体,实现真正意义上个人病历文件的移动存储和管理。
