外环境烟雾吸入对儿童呼吸系统疾病的影响

摘要：
呼吸系统疾病是卫生保健工作中最常见的健康问题。 1 995～ 1 996年美国 1 5岁以下儿童就诊的前 1 5位病因中有 7项属于呼吸道疾病 ( ICD 460 - 5 1 9) ,而外环境烟雾是与呼吸道疾病发生有关的广泛存在的环境污染物。通过综述大量文献阐明了 ETS与呼吸系统疾病 (如哮喘 )的关系 ,并且评价了 ETS暴露年龄及其来源对健康结局的影响 ,以及对 ETS进行干预的效果。
