摘要：

Permanent magnet generators have become widely applied in fields of bulk generations for their high efficiency,high power density and brushless characteristics.However,as the invariance of magnetic field provided by permanent magnet materials,the motor lacks flexibility to adjust air gap magnetic field and keep output voltage constant when the speed or load changes.
