可持续数字时代：数字经济与绿色经济高质量融合发展

摘要：
数字经济与绿色经济高质量融合发展是构建我国新发展格局的必然要求。本文简述了数字经济的能源消耗和环境影响特征,基于环境外部性和技术经济创新思想,从三个视角分析了数字经济绿色化是我国高质量发展的必然选择:数字化是高质量发展的新动力;绿色经济转型是高质量发展的根本途径;数字化是实现双碳目标的重要路径。最后,本文提出了实现可持续数字时代的三条对策建议:重视制度框架设计;重视绿色经济转型议程中可持续范式转变;加强数字技术的系统领导力,提高数据治理能力。
