单晶体材料WTe2的Raman光谱

摘要
利用波长为532nm的激光分别沿单晶体材料WTe2的b轴和c轴进行激发获得相应的Raman光谱,结合第一性原理计算,对两种激发条件下单晶体材料WTe2的Raman光谱进行研究,并根据单晶体材料WTe2的偏振Raman光谱及理论计算结果,分别对测量获得单晶体材料WTe2的Raman光谱进行归属.实验结果表明,沿单晶体材料WTe2的b轴比c轴激发获得的Raman光谱变化明显.
