社交媒体在美国对华外交中的运用

摘要
近年来社交媒体发展迅速,成为互联网用户获取信息和在线交流的主要平台。美国非常重视挖掘社交媒体的外交价值,推出了一系列政策措施,将社交媒体纳入其外交战略。中国是美国运用社交媒体开展外交的重点对象,美国国务院及其驻华使团展开各种信息发布和与中国公众互动的活动,意在传递信息、监测舆情、引导舆论,呈现出全面覆盖、中文内容、直面公众、潜移默化等特点。美国在对华外交中运用社交媒体的效果是多方面的,既扩展了中美交流的层次和相互了解的途径,也为美国干预中国社会政治进程创造了新的机会,并且蕴含着一些引发中美冲突的潜在风险。
