<正>急性冠脉综合征（ACS）的主要病理基础为冠状动脉内不稳定的粥样斑块破裂或糜烂导致血栓形成,临床表现可从不稳定型心绞痛（UA）发作到急性心肌梗死（AMI）,血小板（PLT）活化在其发生和发展过程中起重要作用。PLT活化的参数主要包括平均PLT体积（MPV）、PLT分布宽度（PDW）及PLT计数,可从简单的血常规检测中获得。对于ACS患者,随着PLT的激活,PLT参数中的MPV和PDW升高[1]。既往研究结果显示,
