摘要：
It is necessary to protect the interests of laborers without sacrificing the authority of the Labor Contract Law,as well as actively reducing the burden of enterprises to help them tide over their difficulties,and safeguarding the sustainable development of enterprises,thereby protecting the long-term interests of laborers.
