Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in Wuhan in December 2019, pregnant women with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 were hospitalized in some hospitals. Pregnant women also are susceptible population to virus infection. Clinical manifestations of patients with COVID-19 infection include fever, dry cough, fatigue, headache, sputum production, diarrhea, normal or decreased leukocyte counts and lymphopenia. We need to identify pregnant women with COVID-19 infection timely, and give them appropriate treatment in order to obtain good maternal and infant outcomes. Thus, this paper provides some suggestions on how to manage pregnant women infected with COVID-19.
