摘要：
减肥已日渐成为人们的热门话题,控制富含热量食品的摄入似乎已被一致认为是控制体重的关键。然而科学家们则给这种被动减肥提出了警告。研究表明,在减少热量食品的同时不参加锻炼,会导致骨密度的降低,从而引发因骨质疏松造成的各种骨骼损伤。
