摘要：

The growth of un-equality is always determined by income mobility.And it maybe has a great influence of the government policy that will eliminate the un-equality.The degree of the generation to generation of income mobility will has a great influence of the problems of economic issues.The degrees of intergenerational income mobility also influence the remove of poverty and economic development.The transfer of human capital will play a great role in income mobility.The investment of equal education opportunity maybe has a good effect of income mobility.
