<正>1病例简介女,27岁,孕1产0,孕26周+4,孕期无不良接触史及药物服用史,夫妻双方无家族遗传病史。产前超声检查示:双顶径、腹围及股骨长测值据Shepard公式估算约为23周+3。胸围约140 mm（<第五百分位数）,轨迹法描记肺面积（图1A）分别为2.37 cm2（左,<均值）、3.27 cm2（右,<均值）。胸围/腹围约为0.79。羊水最大深度39 mm,羊水指数116mm。
