网络资源观:组织间关系网络研究的新视角

摘要：

越来越多的企业通过结网活动来获取分散在全球关键的资源,甚至包括重要的研发和市场资源,如海尔或苹果等大公司,这对传统的资源观将竞争优势来源局限于组织所拥有的资源这一关键性假设提出了挑战。而网络资源观作为桥接传统资源观和社会网络理论的新视角,为这些组织新现象提供了理论基础。为了更好地理解这一新视角,主要回顾了组织网络资源的理论基础和发展,介绍了其具体的解释机制,辨析了组织网络资源的内涵特征与实证维度,梳理了网络资源与嵌入性、社会资本、关系资本等相近概念的区别,最后对网络资源的未来研究给出了展望。以此,对目前网络资源观的发展做了总体的介绍,为其后续研究提供理论参考和借鉴。
