<正>急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是临床常见急症,发病率逐年增高,尤其重症急性胰腺炎起病凶险、病死率高。2012年AP亚特兰大诊断标准的更新引起了广泛关注[1],近年来我国颁布了内科、外科、急诊医学以及中西医结合专业的AP诊治指南[2-5],对规范AP的临床救治起到了重要作用。AP的救治是一个需要多学科参与的综合治疗过程,但目前还存在救治理念不统一、相关学科介入时机不明确、并发症
