中国企业研发国际化:动因、结构和趋势

摘要：
本文在对企业研发国际化的动因、结构分类和发展趋势的文献回顾基础上,进行企业的调查访谈并根据"目的性"抽样和竞争性解释的原则,选取典型的中国企业进行跨案例研究,挖掘中国企业研发国际化过程的动因、结构特点和发展趋势,总结中国企业研发国际化的经验并分析存在的问题,进而提出鼓励高技术企业进行研发国际化的政策性建议。
