This paper provides an integration scheme of hetero-geneous data source based on ontology, and this scheme settlesbasically syntactic and semantic heterogeneity in heterogeneousdata sources; meanwhile, it provides an effective technology mea-sure for the interior information of enterprises to be shared intime accurately.
