摘要：
Nesfatin-1是一种来源于核组蛋白2(NUCB2)的新厌食肽,广泛存在于下丘脑和脑干中众多参与摄食调节的核团,亦大量存在于外周消化系统。目前,nesfatin-1抑制摄食的作用机制尚未完全阐明。本文对近年国内外nesfatin-1的相关研究进展作一综述。
