摘要：
本文在我国经济发达地区26家企业调研的基础上,阐述了我国企业知识管理活动的现状,探寻了企业现有知识活动的管理模式与实践经验,分析了当前企业在导入知识管理的实践过程中所面临的问题与障碍,并为进一步深化我国企业的知识管理实践提出了的建议。
