摘要：

The process of urban economic reform results in two related processes.One of them is the process of the interest’s redistribution and the other one is the process of rebuilding boundary of the social identification through symbol system. This paper attempts to analyze the changing process of worker’s social identity based on 26 workers’ interviews. The author suggests that the boundaries of worker’s social identity are built by the synthetical elements, including the aim of working,the stratification of the labor markets by the technique and age differentiation, and the powerful capital.
